Anita is always very helpful when we bring either of our cars into Morrie's. She maintains an upbeat personality even when reporting bad news about our cars, which makes it a little easier to take. We debate whether we save money by going to a dealership and decided that although the individual fixes may cost a bit more, we're getting a much longer life out of each of our cars by taking them to a dealership that's familiar with the make and model, and in the long run we're saving money. But Anita is always helpful with shaving off costs if she can when we have a particularly large bill, and commonly offers us a car to borrow when one of our cars is in the shop. We've never had a problem the techs couldn't fix, and we've never had an issue with the same thing twice, so they must be fixing things right. My only complaint is that their wifi is spotty, so I can't be sure whether I'll be able to get any work done when I have to wait in the guest lobby. More
