I purchased a 2005 Hyundai in June and have been having intermittent "check engine" light problems, kept bringing the vehicle in and being told they cant find the problem but it may be an o2 sensor. Now that I actaully spoke to the tech myself, only to find out it is the o2 sensor #1 or #2 he said. Now,they won't fix it without charging me.. (the 30 day warranty is up) how convenient is that?? I am not okay with this and have filed a complaint with the BBB. More
I was not happy with the level of service at a Nissan dealership near my home, so I drove to Brooklyn Park to check out the Nissan up there. Outstanding experience purchasing our new 2011 Nissan Sentra SE. Mike was informative, helpful, knowledgeable and wicked funny. We really weren't even looking to purchase a Nissan and had been looking at other cars, but Mike won us over and if it wasn't for him, I'm not sure we'd have even known how great a vehicle the Sentra is. The only thing, and it's minor in comparison to our positive experience is that it takes wayyyyyyy too long. We were there for 5+ hours ( from test drive to delivery ) But other than that I give our experience an A+ More

We came in late on Wednesday and test drove a car and started talking about financing. It got. to be too late to get bank approval that evening. Mike and Ryan in financing assured us they would call us first thing. The next morning they called us with the good news, the car was ours. Both of them stayed until 10:15 to wrap up all the paperwork. Even after the sale, Mike wanted to make sure that we knew where all the buttons were and how everything worked. We loved the low pressure sales approach. It made for a very enjoyable car shopping experience. We have already recommend Morries in HP to friends and family looking. Thanks! More
C.J. was the biggest jerk I have ever been involved with while trying to buy a used car for my son. He wasted our time, tried to put a lot of pressure on us, etc. He is the epitomy of why some car salesme while trying to buy a used car for my son.
