The Customer Service Person was very friendly as well as the Technician. I brought in my 2011 Quest to check on a minor issue on the back that makes some tweaking nose when the car bumps. Dominick was an outstanding Sales Consultant. He worked harder than any person in the dealership to get me the car I wanted. If I had any questions or needed a status update, Dominick was always willing to harder than any person in the dealership to get me the car I wanted. If I had any questions or needed a status update, Dominick was always willing to provide one. More importantly, he was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about the cars and services offered at the dealership. Dominick deserves a "5" in each category. The reason I rated "Overall Experience" as a 4 is because the original financier I worked with (Ryan Mitchell) was a pain. Ryan was unwilling to work with me throughout the entire application process to guarantee financing from a lender. However, Paul Koonz (sp?), who is another financier, made up for Ryan's bad experience because within a few days, Paul was able to obtain financing for me. Moreover, Paul was friendly and answered all of my questions in a timely and courteous fashion. More

The only comment is to have more to offer in the customer waiting lounge like at Morrie's Huyndai on Hwy 394. They have snacks and goodies for the customers while waiting, and more beverage choices as well. Wonder why one Morrie's has such a nice waiting area and others don't. Also TV in waiting area was not on for the day yet and had to get help to get it on and working. More
We use Consumer Reports for auto ratings. My old Mazda truck (10 years, 131K miles) was working OK and had served me very well, but it was time to look for a new truck. Consumer Reports recommended Honda truck (10 years, 131K miles) was working OK and had served me very well, but it was time to look for a new truck. Consumer Reports recommended Honda Ridgeline, Toyota Tacoma, and Nissan Frontier. I'd looked at Ridgeline (bed too small) and Tacoma (even with Costco Auto Purchase plan, it was expensive). I hadn't thought about Nissan until I saw the CR recommendation. The Nissan met all of my towing/hauling requirements and then some (very unique bed options), and the price came in nearly $10K less than I was expecting. At that point it was a "no brainer". David Myles was very helpful, knew his stuff, and helped me locate a truck with the right options (it had to be shipped from out of state). I did a test drive of both a Frontier on the lot and, when it arrived, the Frontier that was shipped from Michigan. The "Buy Happy" program makes a lot of sense, and cuts through the typical new-car hassle. To my surprise, I found that I'd accumulated points from the old Mazda's oil changes being transferred to the Frontier so I could get a rear camera monitor at almost half price. There was a little bit of push for the post-sale add-ons (undercoating, etc.), but it wasn't extreme. Other people in the dealership were without fail friendly and helpful. I've dealt with Morrie's for many years and have never been disappointed. More

overall the experience was great.. only issue is the distance from my house to the shop for the cash wash and oil change perks. a coupon to any other shop to cover these perks would be nice. distance from my house to the shop for the cash wash and oil change perks. a coupon to any other shop to cover these perks would be nice. I most recently took my Pathfinder in for three different issues. Anita came out and discussed a couple of things with me and then took me back to talk directly with the mechanics about this issues and my op issues. She was up front and honest about everything and gave me clear options. They had everything fixed faster than I expected and at a fair price. More
I visited Morrie's Brooklyn Park Subaru after having been to multiple other dealers. Prior to arriving, I spent a good amount of time researching the Subaru product line. At the time that I stopped, I thou to multiple other dealers. Prior to arriving, I spent a good amount of time researching the Subaru product line. At the time that I stopped, I thought that I had already chosen the vehicle I wanted, which was not a Subaru, and was just checking out the competition and getting pricing information. When I arrived I met Elliot Tan and asked him how the Subaru Outback compared to the vehicle I intended to purchase. The discussion we had was very compelling. I expected that he would sing the praises of the Outback, which he thoroughly and quite modestly did. However, I was surprised that during the comparison he never spoke in a negative manner about the car I thought I would purchase. In fact, he noted at least 1 aspect of the competition's car that he thought was superior to his product. At the end of the discussion I had learned a great deal more about the Outback than I had gleaned doing my own research. Additionally, I realized the Outback was a much better fit for my needs than the car I thought I wanted. As I asked for more information both Elliot and Marsai Richardson provided the information I needed in a very relaxed and comfrotable manner that made me feel like I was becoming an informed consumer who was making a purchasing decision. I never once felt like I was being sold anything. Would I recommend Morrie's Brooklyn Park Subaru? I definitely would. And I would strongly recommend that you take the opportunity to talk with either Elliot or Marsai. More
