She is quite possibly, the friendliest, nicest service person I have ever dealt with. She remembers my name, and my son's name, which is so sweet. I see the way she interacts with all the customers. She really makes everyone feel welcome and like family. You don't come across this type of person in the service industry very often anymore. My wife visited the dealership, test drove a vehicle she was interested in, scheduled time to come back that evening to purchase the vehicle and I spent parts of the day working through finance and talking was interested in, scheduled time to come back that evening to purchase the vehicle and I spent parts of the day working through finance and talking with the sales staff. Right as we were leaving to finalize the sale we were called and told the vehicle was sold to someone else. While I understand that they need to sell cars it was extremely disappointing to have this happen after everything we had done leading up to that point. We will never visit any of the Morrie's dealerships in the future and I would advise others to avoid as well. Perhaps the most insulting part is that since I e-mailed them yesterday afternoon I have received no less than 6 e-mail marketing messages, including one asking for a positive rating on this site. Hopefully they will at least honor my unsubscribe request. More
