I found Morrie's Staff to be friendly and straight to the point. Dameon was engaging without being overbearing or pressuring, which is a welcome change from other experiences I have had in the past. We agreed on a fair price and I left satisfied and open to doing business with their team again. CJ - I believe to be the sales manager - was also helpful and courteous. He went out of his way to make sure all the details were handled properly after the sale and even made some great recommendations for inexpensive ways to improve the value of our new "used" vehicle. It is worth noting that I received this level of service for purchasing one of their "public before wholesale" cars. Considering my purchase was less than $5,000 it would have been easy for them to give me the bare minimum level of attention and service. Instead they were patient and friendly professionals that made me and my wife feel that they truly cared about our experience. More

I found the car listed on Craig's list and called to find out if it was still available. John Quinn took the call and encouraged me to come and test drive the car. The aftermarket undercoating service did not last 5,000 miles. Brought the vehicle in for re-application and the service personnel didn't even prepare the surface again. The undercoating is peeling again miles. Brought the vehicle in for re-application and the service personnel didn't even prepare the surface again. The undercoating is peeling again within days of the re-application. They applied the new undercoating right over the prior peeling undercoating. Contacted the dealership about this and was told to expect a call from the shop manager. No return call regarding this complaint was ever made by the dealership. Demonstrates a lack of professionalism and a culture of poor service. More

I had originally stopped in to Morrie's BP Nissan to get info on the new Leaf, which is when Mike introduced himself. Since the Leaf is not presently available (the marketing has FAR outpaced the production info on the new Leaf, which is when Mike introduced himself. Since the Leaf is not presently available (the marketing has FAR outpaced the production, even before Japans' tsunami and radiation catastrophe) Mike was very helpful in getting me info and test drives in/on the 370Z and Altima coupes. His professional follow-up was thorough but not overly aggressive and while I have not committed to any purchase quite yet, I would work with him again when that time comes. My experience at this dealer was amazing. I have never purchased a car before and actually I am currently leasing a new Nissan Sentra. The people were friendly and so helpful. Everyone was fantastic. Clearly they all loved their jobs and enjoyed their work environment. Even Paul in finance was very easy going and not at all stuffy or stand off'ish.
