I originally purchased the Armada from Morries in 2008. I have had all service done at their dealership, even though it is a round trip of 53 miles. After looking at a few Acura TSX's in the area (Bloomington Acura, and White Bear Acura), I stopped in to view a recent TSX trade in. The car was washed and waiting indoors ready to be viewed. Joe handed over the keys and didn't ride along like some dealers insist. He answered our questions, but was not pushy at all. We had a price gap that needed to be met and I received a very fair trade in value for my car. In addition, their financing beat my credit union by a decent amount. I arrived at around 5:15 and was out the door with a new car at 7:00. The process was quick and easy and far more pleasant than my experience at Bloomington Acura (they tried to tell me large dings would be buffed out if I bought a car I was looking at, they also said cars driven in Chicago shouldn't be looked at becaue "everyone" drives them hard - they essentially were trying cheasy tactics to push a sale of a subpar car). I would recommend Joe to anyone looking for a new or used car. Easy to work with and a pleasant change after visiting Bloomington Acura. My wife was happy with the process as well. More

I have never experience such poor service in my life before. Why I rate Morrie's nissan this low is because my experience there with the use sale rep was not a pleasant one. I never knew that the standa before. Why I rate Morrie's nissan this low is because my experience there with the use sale rep was not a pleasant one. I never knew that the standards set for sale reps was set this low at Morrie's. I never knew that it was ok for anyone who is working with a customer to be cursing and swear right in front of a customer. The use sale rep there said right in front of me "SILLY DUMB A*S MUST OF WENT IN THE OTHER DOOR" I stood there SHOCKED!!!! thinking to myself WOW!!!. I reported him to his boss and he looked at me with the look of oh thats not a big deal here and we swear at each other all the time. Knowing Morrie's super low standards they probably won't do anything about it. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone unless you enjoy hearing curse words and swearing all around you. Planning on spending my money somewhere else. More
In February, I took my Nissan Altima in to have it checked for Thermostat issues. They told me there would be a charge of $137 dollars. Within 45 minutes, they had given my a temporary diagnosis off p checked for Thermostat issues. They told me there would be a charge of $137 dollars. Within 45 minutes, they had given my a temporary diagnosis off possibly needing a new head gasket. But wanted to double check everything and asked me to return in 500 miles. This morning I returned and again, within 45 minutes, they returned with great news. No new head gasket needed. They did a great job asking clarifying questions about my cars performance and were quick. And - my car got a great car wash. They recommended I come back in in 1,000 miles to triple check it. Said I wouldn't need an appointment, but to just come in. What I appreciate most about this dealership is the friendliness, non-threating environment and willingness to work with their customers.
