This was the second time I had brought my vehicle in for servicing. Scheduling an appointment was easy and they were willing and able to provide an estimate over the phone for the work. They were prepared when I brought in my Trooper on the date/time of my appointment and all the paperwork was ready. I really appreciated the "loaner" vehicle the dealer provided as it was a top quality car, not a "junker". The service adviser, Loren VanDuinen, was courteous and professional and made sure everything went smoothly. As a matter of routine, the dealer conducts a routine safety inspection which disclosed a serious problem with my rear brakes, a metal-on-metal condition which, given the icy and snow-packed roads we frequently have in Minnesota, could have led to an accident. I had no idea that the problem existed and when I expressed some reservation about incurring the additional expense Loren was very understanding. I was convinced that he was truly concerned about my safety and not just looking to "pad the bill." He provided an estimate for the additional work and I chose to proceed. When I picked the vehicle up later that afternoon,imagine my surprise when I found the bill for both services was substantially less than what had been quoted! I could not have been happier with my experience and heartily recommend this dealer and staff to anyone looking for an auto repair facility. More

Anita is just a gem to work with!! The Morrie's dealership in Brooklyn Park is very friendly and easy to work with. One thing we have to complain about is the fact our window regulator had to be dealership in Brooklyn Park is very friendly and easy to work with. One thing we have to complain about is the fact our window regulator had to be replaced at all on a 1 1/2 year old car in which we rarely use the window - is Nissan using cheap parts in their 2009 Versa's? Suggestion: it would be nice to have the service center available in the evening or Saturdays as well to accommodate those of us that work all day during the week. The Toyota dealership beats you hands down with their excellent service hours. More
As a Subaru owner, I experienced the “Tri Fecta” on February 19th at Morrie Brooklyn Park Nissan & Subaru. My vehicle has 150k miles and I requested service for maintenance items that were long overdue and had not been changed since the car was new. After 15 minutes in the waiting room where they had cable television and Wifi, Mr. VanDuinen came in and inquired why I needed service. Of course I was thinking the worst. He informed me that none of the normal maintenance items were needed; in fact some of the items looked new. The second win is directly related to Subaru quality, and the third is the integrity of Mr.VanDuinen. They could have simply taken my money and none would be the wiser. I will definitely bring my car back to Morrie Subaru! More

Morrie's is terrific! She is always kind to me when I bring my car in no matter what it is for. She help me with all my needs she let me know up front it there may be a charge or not or if my warranty will cover it are not. I ju what it is for.
