Morries Brooklyn Park Nissan completely changed my view on how Nissan handles its customers, it's like day and night compared to Kline Nissan! I've dealt with many of the rockstars at Morries but mainly on how Nissan handles its customers, it's like day and night compared to Kline Nissan! I've dealt with many of the rockstars at Morries but mainly with Anita. She is so friendly and really goes above and beyond to make my repair experience painless! Case in point, I have the world's WORST aftermarket warranty company (who's mission, so it seems, is to make things as difficult as possible) and Anita handled them like the pro that she is, despite all the ridiculous flaming hoops they make her jump through... all in the name of repair. I am so grateful for her knowledge and professionalism! The service gurus REALLY know their craft, I have complete confidence in their ability to do it right. Also, I am amazed at how fast they are! I was expecting to be sitting in the waiting room for hours but before I knew it I was done! aaaamazing!!!!! Morries Brooklyn Park Nissan is very accommodating and eager to make things "happen" be it a rental car from an outside vendor, helping me find solutions for repairs not covered, and even warmly welcoming my ever present canine companion. They REALLY make me feel special and that I matter, what a lost art that is in this day and age! That makes all the difference in the world to me. I really can't say enough great things about Morrie's... Other Nissan dealers would do well to take lessons from Morrie's! I know where I am going to purchase my next vehicle and I certainly will be directing my friends there as well! Thank you Morrie's Brooklyn Park for all that you do... you do it so WELL! I purchased both of my altima's from Morries so I have had both my car's serviced there for many years. Not once have I ever been dissatisfied. Everyone is so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, accommadati had both my car's serviced there for many years. Not once have I ever been dissatisfied. Everyone is so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, accommadating, what more can I say! This last service for my car I dealt with Anita. What a happy/friendly employee. Greeted me with a smile, told me exactly what needed to be done with my car and I was in and out of there within the hour. Thanks to everyone at Morries for making me feel welcome!!! Sherri More

Jonn Quinn, a sales representative at Morrie's Brooklyn Park Nissan, is simply amazing. John was thorough but not pushy -- extremely attentive to our needs. All questions we had were answered, any concerns put to rest. Although the vehicle itself was obviously an important factor in our decision, we probably would've opted for the Toyota Sequoia had it not been for John. John was willing to take the extra time to really explain the features of the Armada and help us to feel comfortable with the vehicle's dependability. John's honesty and integrity are a rare find these days. He redefined the car buying experience! More
the only thing bad about this place is the waiting room. I had an excellent experience at this dealership. I went in looking to get a used car with not the best credit. I had the means to make a car payment and knew that I was able to, but was denied by previous in looking to get a used car with not the best credit. Joe and Nick went above and beyond what I would expect to get me into the car that I had hoped to be able to puirchase. They were so friendly and willing to help me through the buying process because this was the first time attempting to purchase a vehicle on my own, without a co-signer. Not only did I leave the same day with the car that I hoped to purchase, they made sure it was full of gas and cleaned up to look brand new. I walked out of the dealership with the keys to my new car in hand and it felt so good to be given the opportunity to obtain a loan and be treated so kindly by everyone involved in the buyingh experience. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle and will go there in the future for all of my future buys. Loren was very helpful and courteous. When my check engine came on and the vehicle wouldn't run, I was given the name of a towing company to bring it in to the dealer. Since it was also close to my 60 engine came on and the vehicle wouldn't run, I was given the name of a towing company to bring it in to the dealer. Since it was also close to my 60,000 service, I opted to do the service and loaner car was made available. When they finished checking out and servicing the car, he explained what was done and what they found out in a very clear manner. More
Anita as extremly friendly, helpful and always kept up to date on my repair. They were able to schedule my service right away as I was very close to going over the warranty mileage.
