Anita is awesome! She always goes above and beyond to make sure that her customers are taken care of. I called her last week because the heat went out in my Cube, and she told me to bring it up as soon make sure that her customers are taken care of. While I was at Morrie's, she was right on top of other things that needed to be done with my car as it was due for an oil change and it had a recall. Rather than having me set other appointments to take care of everything, she told me it'd be no problem to take care of it all in one fell swoop! Anita is always friendly and has never greeted me with anything less than a big smile. She's a joy to work with, and I'd recommend Morrie's Nissan Brooklyn Park to anybody because of the people who work there! Thanks Anita, and thank you Morrie's! More
Loren VanDulnen was my service advisor today. I came in for an oil change and to replace a head light bulb. I don't know that I had ever done business with Loren previously, but the guy is polite and answ for an oil change and to replace a head light bulb. We were shopping for a new car. I had narowed it down to Ford and Nissan for a small SUV. The differnce was the quality of the cars, options availble for the price and the salesman. He was efficient and has just the right amount of aggressivess. He is very infromative but a little chatty. A very nice man to deal with. He knew his stuff and got the job done for us. The time estimates of service are fairly accurate. I am always informed of what was done and if there are any additional recommendations. More
Well I was skeptical about the "Buy Happy" one price deal But, xxxx they really made me happy no matter how hard I tried to be hard on them, they just were amazing, They made my wife Tea helped my price deal But, xxxx they really made me happy no matter how hard I tried to be hard on them, they just were amazing, They made my wife Tea helped my kids find cartoons on in the lounge it was the best buying experience we have ever had. My Salesman was named Shane Conaty, He was new but, so nice and helpful even if he didn't know the answer he would find someone who would. And the New Car Manager Aaron was so great we couldn't believe the deal he gave us and he wasn't hiding in a office or behind a desk he was just checking in on us and made so us excited about the car we drove home in. I think they paid us to much for our crappy trade in but they said they needed trades I guess they were not kidding? I will buy all my cars from Morrie's as long as Shane and Aaron work there your in good hands. They were serious we bought Happy and if you want a New Nissan go to Brooklyn Park and ask for Shane. Thanks Morrie's Nissan Subaru you made a stressful purchase in to a fun experience that didn't take all day and the lease payment was just as advertised LOW. Awesome More

We bought the car because of John. The car is more expensive than other dealers, but he is great to work with and very friendly. Also loved the overall business process/model of best price listed rig expensive than other dealers, but he is great to work with and very friendly. However for busy couples and out of town buyers, the warranty, GAP and Dent protection could be presented up front with Best Price First option to give us more time to think it over. If changed, this will allow us to buy happier next time. Again, we loved working with John. More
