This 2010 Legacy sedan is the third new vehicle we've purchased from Morrie's Brooklyn Park Subaru. The service department staff has been consistently friendly and efficient. Of course, the cars have also been extremely reliable, so normal maintenance is typically the only reason we've needed to service them. More
I had a very good experience shopping for my new Subaru. The sales person (Scott Thomas) was very attentive, but not pushy. He was patient with my questions including the hard ones. Scott worked very hard to find us the Outback that we wanted at a time when new ones were in short supply. The great experience extended to the actual sale of the car and working with the business manager. He was thorough going over the paperwork and very well organized. As painful as business operations can be, this was a pleasure. I would not hesitate to recommend any of my friends looking at a Morries dealership for their next car. More
Morries Brooklyn Park Subaru was the best dealership that I've done business with. The prices alone are enough to make you do business with Morries, but its their customer service that truely sets them apar I've done business with. Our sales person (Elliot Tan) was so easy to work with. He knew his product, answered all of our questions, and he was happy to show/test drive a ton of cars with us before we ultimately made a decision (and was very patient with us!). The finance people and General Manager were incredibly easy to work with also. Not one of them was pushy or deceptive, instead they were all very helpful and took the time to understand what we wanted and got us into the car that fit our needs (unlike most dealerships that just lead you to a car that they need to get off their lot). We were offered a lot more money than other dealerships previously offered on our trade-in also. I can honestly say that the whole process was 100% stress free and I will be doing business again and again with them. I tell everyone that I know to look to Morries for a new or used car because their Buy Happy program really delivers on it's promise. To sum it up, Morries has great prices, offeres a great extended warranty (free!), and most importantly excellent customer service. Thanks again Elliot! We love our Forester! More

Well that is not my story, My girlfriend told me about Morrie's Brooklyn Park Subaru and she had great experience there as she had just bought a car from them. I met a salesman Preston Cunningham who was interested in what I was looking for and not just for a simple sale. This gentleman showed me every car I wanted to see and took his time and not rushing me out the door cause it was closing time. To make a long story short, Preston explained everything about the car, did all the paper work, phone calls to different banks wich not to mention my credit was very low, but he found a bank to take my loan with the little bit I had for a down payment. He defenitly went way out of his way to help me get a car. He also kept in contact months and even a year later to see how the car was running and to make sure I was still happy.. Will pass my great expierience on to you as I have NO REGRETS! 5 star customer service!!!! thanks again More

Last year in May I drove my horrible old Suburu into the lot just to look at the beautiful cars. I had the luck of meeting Scott who was so wonderful and helpful.
