Wow.. what happened Spent an entire day purchasing a car after we were ore approved. Got shoved into a back room for two hours to wait for... no idea. No one told us a thing other than just wait here. We got offered water like 600 times but when it came to purchasing the car, they didn’t even offer us a free oil change. Worst buying experience ever.! More

Pleased. Stopped in Late feb. looking for a used CTS with low miles. He kept in touch through May with a couple different vehicles until we found the right one. Now I’m the happy driver of a beautiful CTS, low miles, turbo, extended moonroof, gorgeous moonshine color. Had a bit of a wait for financing to go through due to a fluke staffing issue, but was reassured that that was not the norm, and was being taken care of. Our experience buying a new truck at Forest Lake Chevrolet I came to the dealership on a busy Sat. to look at a truck I found on line a couple days before. I talked to a salesperson on the phone a couple days I came to the dealership on a busy Sat. to look at a truck I found on line a couple days before. I talked to a salesperson on the phone a couple days previous, and he told me to just come in and he'd show me the truck.The salesperson's name is Clem Schiele. When I got there, the dealership was very busy so I had to wait till Clem was free. He wanted to make me feel comfortable while I waited, so he came over to me a couple times to see if I wanted some coffee or maybe a hot dog while I waited for him. Well, long story short, I did end up buying the truck I looked at, and am very happy. At no time while dealing with Clem did I ever feel pressured. The same was true in the financial office when they usually try to sell you additional items for your vehicle. They give you the options, but NO PRESSURE. I will definitely go back there when I need another vehicle. Happy Camper! More
