My upper radiator hose was leaking, I brought my truck in to get that fixed on a Friday. Left thinking it was fixed, by Tuesday my trucks coolant was empty and check engine light back on. I filled with coola to get that fixed on a Friday. Left thinking it was fixed, by Tuesday my trucks coolant was empty and check engine light back on. I filled with coolant, called Kim my representative, left a message, did not hear back from her. By Thursday my check engine light was back on, coolant empty again, I refilled it. Called back, got ahold of the service center. Brought my truck back Friday morning. Got a rental. Tuesday got a call my truck was available to pick up that the coolant wasn’t pressurized correctly the first time. Talked to the service manager. Wanted guarantee on the work, and any additional damage potentially caused by my truck not having enough coolant in it because he claimed a large bubble must have been in the tank. Rude, snarky, Kim was eye tolling while I was talking to the service manager. Ish not the first time here my truck wasn’t fixed when it was supposed to be. More
