Amazing Experience! My husband and I went in with an interest in a few different cars. Clem went into great detail about each car and how it would fit into our daily lifestyle. He explained both the positives and negatives of each car we were interested in and answered every question that we had. We narrowed down our decision to two cars, a Chevy Cruze & Chevy Malibu. Clem was especially patient with our whole decision process, he laid out what each of the two had vs. the other and gave us plenty of time to make the final decision of which car we wanted to take home. The whole team that worked with Clem to finalize our new car purchase was awesome and made everything go smoothly and easy to complete. I couldn't begin to thank Clem and everyone that helped. Dan Hobson was wonderful Called and got information on a vehicle that I was looking at so I scheduled a test drive with Dan Hobson. He did a wonderful job explaining aspects of the vehicle and was very personable and understanding as this was the 2nd of 4 stops during the day for checking out vehicles. We decided we liked the vehicle at Forest Lake the best so we came back. However Dan Hobson wasn't available, my wife then test drove the vehicle and we thought this was the one. The only downfall to our experience was despite the guarantee of 2 keys on the website they weren't willing to do that for us, but pointed us in the right direction to find someone that could help us get another key. Overall I would work with this dealership again and would recommend it to others. Happy car shopping. More
