The communication throughout this service experience was extremely disappointing. I missed a call from the dealership due to work meeting and called back, only to reach voicemail. I also followed up via text to confirm that a particular part would be okay to service. I was told I would receive another call or some type of notification letting me know when my vehicle would be ready, but after the necessary service was completed, I never received any follow up or update. It was frustrating to have to chase down information that should have been communicated to me proactively. I never received that follow up, so I showed up 20 minutes before closing, only to find out that the service advisor I had been working with had already left for the day. There was no clear communication about the status of my vehicle or when I should expect it to be completed. I understand that delays and unexpected issues happen, but keeping customers informed is the bare minimum. Having to show up in person just to find out what was going on is unacceptable. Based on this experience and the lack of communication, I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere moving forward. More
