Had a great sales experience, but found a persistent electrical defect and error message two days out. Scheduled 3 different appointments. Summary: I owned this truck for 40 days during which it was electrical defect and error message two days out. Scheduled 3 different appointments. Summary: I owned this truck for 40 days during which it was in 3 appointments for 20 days in the service department. I was gaslighted, outright lied to, and deprioritized. Although the defect was finally corrected, I got nothing but an "I'm sorry for the inconvenience" apology. No compensation for the time or trouble, no new battery. I contacted Stellantis, Dodge/Ram, and Morrie's main office. No one responded at any point during this process. If it weren't such a hassle, I would return this one as a lemon. I can't even imagine the cost had I needed this truck for a business. Good luck to anyone who buys a truck with a defect. More

My first impression was that the personnel I encountered were all very personable. They seemed genuinely interested in seeing how they could best help me and making me feel comfortable. Secondly, they seem were all very personable. They seemed genuinely interested in seeing how they could best help me and making me feel comfortable.
