Your needs first - leads to building solid trust . Unfortunately, in this day and age of electronic "relationships" to often - transactions become more of - clicks, likes resulting in impersonal trans Unfortunately, in this day and age of electronic "relationships" to often - transactions become more of - clicks, likes resulting in impersonal transactions. This is not the case - nor what I experienced with Morrie's Cadillac in Golden Valley. Specifically - my salesmen Kyle Meyer and his General manager Bob. Between the time I had agreed to an deal and the time to pick up my new car - my personal circumstances had changed. I brought this to their attention and they immediately began to work on possible solutions without concern for selling me the car - rather what was best for me. No pressure nor expectations for me to perform. In the end they not only found a solution that fit my needs - they exceeded my expectations. They (Bob - and Kyle ) claim it is all in a day of business. I claim it is a rare event in this age of "clicks likes " and impersonal transactions. Nothing else needs to be said - except thank you. I am looking forward to my new car - and a long lasting business relationship - that put my needs before the car sale. More
