Absolutely no customer service !!! Beware of Justin Ridell First time buying a car from a Morrie's dealership and had the worst experience ever! The customer service from Justin Ridell was unbelievably rude. I First time buying a car from a Morrie's dealership and had the worst experience ever! The customer service from Justin Ridell was unbelievably rude. I bought a car from them two weeks ago thinking I was getting the car of my dreams little did I know the car was completely repainted on the right side and the dealership covered it up. When I brought it up to the manager named Justin Ridell he began talking to me with frustration and attitude and once I said I did not want to deal with a car that was damaged and covered up by the dealership he told me there was nothing he was going to do and said good luck with the car and walked away. The worst sales manager I have seen. If I was the general manager of the company I would have fired him for speaking to his clients this way, it's a shame that people like this are allowed to deal with customers. Definitely expected much more from Morrie's! If you are stuck working with Justin Ridell I recommend you ask for another manager because you won't get any service or resolution working with a man like him. More

buyer beware poor customer service I purchased an SUV in April from Justin the Sales manager, I was from out of state and drove 4hrs to buy this SUV. Before driving that far I pulled a I purchased an SUV in April from Justin the Sales manager, I was from out of state and drove 4hrs to buy this SUV. Before driving that far I pulled a car report, it stated there was a lien on the SUV, when I asked Justin I was told the lien was paid off as they can’t sell a car that they don’t have a title for. I was told since i was from out of state I had to have a cashiers check to purchase. I drove up on a Saturday and purchased the SUV, there were a few things I was not happy about such as the tires were weather checked and the SUV was not detailed. Paperwork that i had filled out before my arrival and emailed to the dealer was redone once I arrived taking more time. Clearly they weren't organized. I wanted to take care of my state tax and licensing myself. They assured me it would be a "seamless" process so I didn’t need to worry about the hassle of going to the DMV. 1 month after purchasing I still had not received my plates. I called my state DMV to find out the paperwork was never received, I called the dealer to find out they sold me an SUV and they didn’t have the title. It is now June and I had to call again still no plates. The dealer uses a 3rd party company for this service so it takes longer, the 3rd party company also sent a prepaid envelope to my states DMV and the plates got sent to them instead of to my home. Needless to say I had to go to the DMV and pay for new plates and for a 2nd temporary license tag. I just got my plates because I took care of it myself. I will never purchase from this dealer again as they did nothing to help/resolve this issue. Justin was rude and condescending. He was unwilling to resolve this issue. I honestly can not believe GM would allow this dealer to treat customers in such a way. I also can not believe this is legal to sell a vehicle when you don't posses the title. I am so disappointed in the dealer and how they handle their business. More

High quality vehicles and service I was very impressed by the high quality vehicles and service I was provided with as I looked to purchase my first used minivan. Other places I had lo I was very impressed by the high quality vehicles and service I was provided with as I looked to purchase my first used minivan. Other places I had looked did not have vans in good condition like the used van I looked at from Morrie's Cadillac. They also let me take it to a mechanic for a second opinion and were willing to make needed repairs before purchasing. And when I wasn't quite sure if I was sold on a specific vehicle, there were many other cars in great condition to also check out. After only about two weeks of looking, Chris got me into the perfect car that I could not be happier with and for just the right price! Financing was also super easy and quick. Thanks Morrie's Cadillac!! More
