2009 Ford Flex Went in for a 2009 Ford Flex. Needed car inspected for Uber and Lyft, so they let me take the car to have that done, and expecting nothing because of Went in for a 2009 Ford Flex. Needed car inspected for Uber and Lyft, so they let me take the car to have that done, and expecting nothing because of their comprehensive safety inspection. After the inspection, a major front axle issue, and driver rear shock leak was found. Keep in mind, the inspectors are oil change techs that have gone through training, and are double checked by ASE mechanic. The people that do OIL CHANGES spotted these safety issues. The front axle issue, if the part failed, would likely cause loss of steering. Total bill $1115. They showed me both issues, and I'm not a car guy, but you could see grease pouring out of both issues. I figured something minor may need to be done, so I budgeted some money to get minor things fixed. I'm not happy that these issues passed their safety inspection, so I leave the paper and they keys and leave the dealership. I get a call that they are willing to do conditional sale, and fix these issues. I figure OK, they want to make it right. Drive back, and when I arrive he says they will fix half of what is wrong. He informs me after he told me they would fix everything, the manager then said to him they would fix half and I would pay for half. Didn't bother calling me with this new info. He also says that mechanics are SUBJECTIVE, and another mechanic would find other things wrong with the car. What?!? I say they agreed to fix it. He then says he has to talk to manager. Then says we need our service writer to see if they can afford to fix it. I left again. I don't trust at this point that they will actually fix it at this point, or they will sell vehicle and then say there is nothing to fix. Staff is friendly, so 2 stars. the sales associate shall remain nameless. More

All maintenance must also be done at the dealership and it is really only worth $25 towards the oil change. What oil change costs $25 these days? More

They had a number of used GMC Acadias After many weeks of on-and-off searching for a used vehicle, we stepped into the Morrie's Cadillac dealership. They had a number of used GMC Acadias listed on their website and we had a few picked out to look at. After discovering that our first choice was gone, we test drove our 2nd choice and liked it. We discovered that the spare tire was missing, so Jabbar worked with us on securing a spare tire, winch, etc. Jabbar had a great attitude and was very patient with us. I couldn't have chosen a better salesperson to work with! Thanks Jabbar! More
