Good Car Shopping Experience I was looking for a new car and I was looking for a luxury full size sedan. I went to BMW of Minnetonka (very nice), Audi of Minneapolis (very nice), I was looking for a new car and I was looking for a luxury full size sedan. I went to BMW of Minnetonka (very nice), Audi of Minneapolis (very nice), Volvo of Minneapolis (nice, but non-responsive and didn't really seem like they wanted my business) and finally Morrie's Cadillac. I know there are other luxury vehicles to see, but for me, I fell in love with the Cadillac CT6. The dealer I worked with was named Kyle Meyer and he was very helpful, very attentive to my needs and very willing to work a good deal for me. The only thing the dealership didn't have was a vehicle with all my wants. They came close by providing everything except the Twin Turbo. But hey, all other features I wanted were there. Thus I didn't ask about ordering a car. In retrospect, I wish I would have. But, next time. When I first got to the dealership, I hadn't actually seen the CT6 in person, only on the website. Once I saw it in person, I thought it was an excellent car. The dealership employees were friendly (I originally started working with one gentleman and then he passed me on to Kyle. Kyle said he wasn't as well versed in the Cadillac's as he was, thus the reason for switching dealers). They didn't pressure me, hound me or try to force me into anything. They patiently waited and listened to my questions, offered guidance when needed and ultimately sold me a great car. My overall experience at the dealership was great. The only person I felt lacked in customer service and professionalism was Kevin Robbins (The Business Development Manager). He seemed more annoyed by my questions and condescending in his approach. I didn't know what Kevin looked like but I was told to see him about some questions I had and getting set up with a car wash tag. Another gentleman assisted me with the car wash tag and they were looking for Kevin to answer some other questions. Finally a gentleman approached me and said, "what do you need?" I said, "are you Kevin?" He said, "Yes, what do you need?". I asked my questions and he provided answers, though he seemed somewhat unsure of his answers. And as I said before, he was a little condescending and seemed kind of annoyed that he had to be helping me at all. Other than that though, I really feel my experience at the dealership was a good experience. More
Needs a car, quick We were in need of a new-to-us vehicle on a short time line because one of our cars was dying. We knew what kind of cars we wanted to test drive and M We were in need of a new-to-us vehicle on a short time line because one of our cars was dying. We knew what kind of cars we wanted to test drive and Morrie's Cadillac had 3 of those cars on their lot. We were interested in the Mazda CX-9, the Toyota Highlander, and the Honda Pilot. We were able to test drive the Pilot and the Highlander (the CX-9 had already sold). Our salesman, Nathan Hofer, seemed knowledgeable about all of the brands of cars that we were looking for. Our experience with the purchase and financing went well and Nathan has been very responsive to to questions that we have had since our purchase. More
