We had been looking for a used Subaru Outback and were looking at purchasing a car in Rochester. We contacted Brian in Morrie's and after talking with him we decided to come up and look at a car he had fo looking at purchasing a car in Rochester. We contacted Brian in Morrie's and after talking with him we decided to come up and look at a car he had for sale. Bottom line - we ended up with a better car, better limited warranty and at a lower price than what we could have gotten in Rochester. Brian was great and very helpful in making sure that this worked out for us. We would definitely come back again for our next car. More
Geoffrey was good to work with. He was personable, not as knowledgeable about the vehicle as one would expect him to be, but overall good. Josh Hines is an outstanding service tech and extremely knowledgeable about the Cadillac vehicles. He stays with you until it is fixed and then explains what needed to be done. I slid into a curb when it was icy and wrecked my tire and wheel. Josh Hines was my service rep and I felt I was well taken care of. He dealt with my insurance company for me when needed. As a result of taking my car there for service, he gave me a card good for free car washes. I've been in there many times around 6p and have gotten to know Jard Deville and heard him dealing with people. He really cares about making people happy and will do anything he can to do what you want. In addition, I want to praise Chris. He is a "runner" who drives you where you need to go while having your car worked on and he also is the one who washes the cars. He is very friendly and does an excellent job for you. Besides having great employees, Morries has an extremely nice waiting room if you want to wait while your car is serviced. The room is large. There is a TV, computer stations, free coffee, and very clean bathrooms. More

I take my 2008 Saab 9-3 Aero XWD to Morrie's Cadillac/Saab for service and Josh Hines always takes care of me. He as well as the rest of the staff are top notch! I am beyond thrilled with Heidi, Bill and the rest of the team at Morrie's. They took care of all of my concerns with a smile. One week after purchase, my windshield developed a pretty significant crack. I was lost on what to do, so swung it right after it happened and was taken care of from start to finish. They put me in a great loaner car that more than fit my needs and took care of all of the paperwork with my insurance company, as well as paid my deductible! I am also thrilled with the paintless dent repair. When I bought the vehicle there were a few dings here an there. Heidi assured me they would take care of them....and did they ever! You can't even tell they ever were there in the first place! I will definitely recommend the folks at Morrie's Cadillac and will likely buy my next vehicle from them. Great job, guys! More
Had a great experience in working with primarily Heidi Gerst and the other staff members to whom she introduced us to. They present a very positive professional "team" image. We were not sure of the particular brand of vehicle we wanted but she answered all of our questions regarding new and used vehicles and we were able to test drive various models on our own. Purchased a quality used SUV and now look forward to returning to Morrie's for regular service. Would highly recommend Morrie's to friends and family. More
