With in hours Mike found the perfect auto for me; X5 2009 Black BMW purchased by Joe-Cadillac store. Mike was a team player for Morries with customer support and I have yet to get a call back from BMW. Joe was waiting for me upon my arrival and had already assigned Justin Riddell to assist me. Both gentleman were extremely friendly and Justin even met me at the BMW service department to see the car, knowing how excited I was! Joe was expedient in getting the BMW checked out as it was just delivered to Cadillac. Joe's car knowledge was impressive & my husband & I were grateful with how thorough he was with 2003 Explorer trade in. Justin had excellent followup with BMW and communicating with me status in to Friday evening! AMAZING! Justin actually went above and beyond further by going to pickup the car that Saturday morning, then expediting it getting detailed and welcomed us to close on the car at noon Saturday. Justin, Joe and Bill were very helpful and had us driving away my "DREAM BMW" by 2pm! This exceptional service was above any standards for any business and we are so appreciative for their efforts. . .ONLY 36 hours to get the exact car I wanted!! Remarkable! More

I will preface this by saying that I really enjoyed my sales person... but this was the worst buying experience of ANY product that I've ever experienced. After extensive research and an e-check in hand sales person... but this was the worst buying experience of ANY product that I've ever experienced. After extensive research and an e-check in hand from a lender that specializes in poor credit loans (I'd had a bankruptcy 3 years prior, and hadn't really made any effort to re-establish credit, until I decided to purchase a car), I confidently traveled to Morrie's to purchase a vehicle. After 2 hours of excellent service from our sales person, and a deal signed, their finance person, Bill walked in and proceeded his high pressure sales tactics. He was successful in both insulting and humiliating me, and continued to do so for another two hours, and would not allow me to leave with the vehicle that I had secured payment for --he repeatedly told me that I had been scammed and my lender was not going to cover the check they provided... fast forward 16 hours, Morrie's has an additional $17,000+ in their bank account and I am 75 miles away with no vehicle. I read many, many reviews on Morrie's before deciding to travel there to purchase a vehicle. I was so certain that I had made the right decision, until this one person ruined my perspective in an instant... and then continued his insults for hours. Maybe Morrie's can redeem themselves (although I doubt that with employees like Bill), but this consumer has been permanently scarred. More

Coming from Duluth, MN (2.5 hours) down to mpls for service i had no idea what i was getting myself into. I have a saab 97x that was having some engine problems, i called down to the morries and jard was the 1st person i talked to. from the 1st time we were one the phone i felt like i was being taken care of. the car wasnt able to drive so we had to have it pulled down, we stayed in contact until i was able to get the car to him. i am a working mother of 2 children and my husband works out of town, the dealership sent me home with a car to drive over the next few days while my suv was being worked on. they were very fair in the work that needed to be done and i feel i paid a fair price for that service. Both times i was in the service center everyone working from office staff to the techs were friendly and kind. i am a sales manager myself and when i see great service like this i feel it is very important to let the world know. i will be coming back in the future both for service and to buy my future vehicles. i was very pleased!! We had an unexpected problem with the differential on a Saturday. Jard told us to come right in, and he explained what would need to be done to identify the specific issue. While we waited, he updated us every 15 minutes and when it became obvious that it could not be fixed that day, he arranged for a loaner for us to complete our trip to South Dakota. When we got home, Jard kept us apprised daily. We thought it would be ready Friday but Jard had it done by Thursday noon. I have never experienced service this good. Jard was thoughtful, considerate and efficient. More

I have been a Saab owner for 4 years now. There is another Saab dealership closer to where I live but Morries Saab is where I take my 9-3 for service work and warranty repairs. I have never experienced or witness poor customer service of any kind at the dealership. Everyone is always friendly, pleasant, and very welcoming. The peace of mind knowing I'll be treated with respect and my car will be repaired properly is worth the extra drive to Morries Saab. Josh Hines is my preferred service advisor to work with at Morries Saab. He is always very personable, professional, friendly, and excels when it comes to providing excellent customer service. Josh goes above and beyond and always exceeds my expectations. He keeps me well informed of the progress of the repairs to my vehicle and if unforeseen things arise I am promptly notified. Josh has taken care of working with my extended warranty company to obtain the proper approvals & authorizations, arranging a rental car when needed, and filing all necessary paperwork required by the extended warranty company. I like the fact that all I have to due is pay my deductible and he'll handle the rest. Josh is a tremendous asset to the dealership and does whatever it takes to ensure my service experience is a great one. He is definitely another reason while I will continue to go to Morries Saab. A recent experience with a coolant leak is the reason for a good rating rather than great for the quality of work. I took my car in for a coolant leak possibly due to the water pump in early December and the technicians could not identify or find the leak. They performed a pressure test of the cooling system and still could not find it. Then, I took the car back in January for the same problem and the technicians determined the water pump was leaking. Maybe I'm being to critical but didn't like that I had to take it in twice before the leak was diagnosed. As always, Morries exceeded my expectations when the water pump was finally replaced. My experience is that some parts and services are a bit on the expensive side. I still continue to support Morries Saab and purchase those miscellaneous parts such as, wiper blades, bulbs, and headlights. The quoted prices for the 30K, 60K and 90K service intervals have been high. Unfortunately, this has caused me to take my business to other Saab dealerships when it comes to having the interval service performed on my vehicle. I went to a dealership about two hours away for the 90K service simply because there was a significant difference in price. The front brakes and rotors were replaced at the same time and the final bill was still less than what was quoted for the 90K service. It might have been inconvenient but when it means saving hundreds of dollars it was worth it to me. I have to overlook my previous experiences and the customer service when I'm saving that kind of money. Sorry, I would have preferred to have given Morries Saab that business. Overall, Morries Saab really cares about their customers and will do whatever they can to make it right. Josh Hines goes above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. He pays attention to the details and always makes sure my experience is a great one. In fact, I have highly recommended Morries to my co-worker and neighbor who both drive CTSs'.
