We have no doubt that we will continue to receive spectacular support on our new vehicle. I have worked with Bob on service issues for my 2005 97 and 2008 93 Convertible. This time there was an issue with the fuel injector on my 93. Due to Saab filing bankruptcy there was an issue finding the and 2008 93 Convertible. This time there was an issue with the fuel injector on my 93. Due to Saab filing bankruptcy there was an issue finding the part. Bob put me in a rental car which Morries paid for until they solved the issue with the fuel filter. They also ended up replacing the ignition coil and since I have always used them for service they gave me a price break, which was much appreciated. Bob is alway friendly, remembers my name and puts customer service/satisfaction as a priority. Bob kept me informed and was very honest about the situation. I have always had a good experience with Morries which is where I also purchased the 93. More

Purchasing a new vehicle is never an easy task. I debated on fixing my 2003 Cadillac Escalade but my involvement with Mort is WHY I ultimately made my decision to buy. He made me feel extremely comfortable w on fixing my 2003 Cadillac Escalade but my involvement with Mort is WHY I ultimately made my decision to buy. He made me feel extremely comfortable with taking on the finances of new car again and his knowledge of the vehicle is unmatched. Not only was he capable of educating me on the new Escalade but his knowledge and expertise with the other competing vehicles I looked at was a pleasant surprise.
