That being said, I put a high value on the confidence I have with the sales person. My first contact with Rashem set my mind at ease that I was dealing with an honest person who I could trust. He took the time to walk around the vehicle and point out any defects, his evaluation was perfect and follow through with paperwork was effortless. Rashem was kind enough to meet me at the airport and provide transportation back to the dealership, he walked me through all the features of the Escalade and checked up on me with the 20hour drive back to New York. I met with him wonderful to work with. I had spoken to him a few times for about a week and he answered all my questions on the SRX Cadillac (2012). I met with him in person as his phone demeanor was professional and friendly and we sealed the deal with a new 2012. He went out of his way to make sure everything was to my satisfaction and when I wanted to test drive the vehicle he even brought it into a bay inside so it was warm and free from the elements, which is important in Minnesota. His knowledge and friendliness along with the warm and receptive people at Morrie's cadillac made the experience wonderful and I am sure we will continue with a great relationship with this dealership. I liked the people and I liked the environment. The used car I purchase had apparently been sold to another customer although it sat in the dealers lot for about 3 weeks. Salesman Mort kept my name on file car I purchase had apparently been sold to another customer although it sat in the dealers lot for about 3 weeks. Salesman Mort kept my name on file and when aforementioned deal fell through, he called me and within 3 hours we had a deal predicated on prepurchase. I liked Mort and the sales manager Joe. I would very gladly purchase another car from them. In fact I asked Mort to keep any eye out for a low mileage station wagon should one come in. I was very pleased with how I was treated at this dealership. I was greated right a away by Heidi and she listened to what I wanted in a vehicle. I had actually picked out a car but still wasn't sure that it was the vehicle that I wanted. They let me take it home for the night to see how I liked it. It was a great car but when I took it back I was not really comfortable with the vehicle. We drove a few others but I still hadn't found something that I was in love with. We were driving around the back of the lot and there was the car that I really wanted but I was sure it was more than I wanted to spend. Heidi took the time to get all the information on the vehicle and we did the test drive. As soon as I got into the car I knew it was the one. I still wasn't sure it was in the budget that I wanted to spend. Bill in finance was able to get me an excellent interest rate and I was able to get a good trade in on my vehicle. Even though it was a little more than I was expecting to spend the car was priced quite a bit under even the trade in value. Bill went through all my options with me and I was able to get the exteneded warranty along with some other options a good rate. After all the paperwork was done Heidi took the time to help me clean out my vehicle and then spent the time time to go through all the options that the new vehicle had since I had never had a vehicle with so many toys on it. Working with Heidi was a pleasure and I would recommend anyone to work with her. There was no preasure and you could tell she wanted me to find the right vehicle for me not just sell me a car. I have purchsed many cars over the years but I must say this was the smoothest and most enjoyable experience that I have ever had in buying a car. Everyone that I worked with at Morries went out of their way to work with me and not only get me the vehicle that I love, but made me feel that what I wanted was a priority to them. We brought our 2005 SRX in for repair to the hydraulic pistons on the tailgate and replacement of a blown tire. We left that night with a 2011 Saab 9-4X! The service department inspected the SRX and found items that would be coming up for repair or replacement soon. We decided to trade in the SRX, since we were pondering getting a new vehicle from Morrie's anyway. The staff crafted a deal tailored to our finances that enabled us to get the vehicle we wanted. We bought our SRX at Morrie's and now a Saab. we look forward to purchasing our next vehicle from Morrie's as well. More

He told me that he was just finishing up with a client and would be with me in a few moments. His greeting was warm, friendly and professional. I did purchase an automobile from Mr. Morton Garren. He made sure that I was familiar with the workings of all aspects of the car. He wanted to be sure that I was comfortable and had no questions before driving away. Morton Garren, should be an example for an employer to use as they bring in new sales representatives in how to take care of a customer. He is never to busy to get any question you may have answered. He is very thorogh in his dealings. Most imnportant, he is honest and will not try to sell you something that you do not need or want.
