We purchased a new vehicle from a different dealer in March of 2009. In November of 2010 we purchased a used vehicle from Morries Cadillac and Saab. Morries customer service was outstanding. In the past I have always had a very negative experience when purchasing a used car. Even when working with reputable dealers I found that their sole goal was just to get the car sold. When I decided I needed a car earlier this year I did some research and ultimately decided on Morrie’s Cadillac/Saab. I am happy to say that my experience with your dealership has changed my whole attitude about buying a car. Heidi Gerst is largely responsible for this. Her honesty, ability to connect with people and true desire to help the customer is extremely refreshing. She has a way of making you feel at ease during a process that can be very intimidating. I was so satisfied that when my husband needed a car two months later we came right back to Morrie's and to Heidi. Even though it has been several months since we purchased our cars, anytime we reach out to her she continues to show excellent customer service.
