We had some MINOR difficulties with the vehicle after sale which were not covered by warranty, but Karl stood by us, working hard to ensure we were completely satisfied with the vehicle (which we are). He has earned my trust and lifelong business, and I feel confident saying if you work with him you will not regret it! JUDY WILLIAMS also deserves a strong nod, as both KARL and JUDY stayed quite late after close to work through some financing concerns and options so we could take the car on vacation the next day.
