Phil first called me to confirm my appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, then was professional and attentive upon my arrival. every way. I mentioned my low tire pressure warning light was on and he promised to inspect my tires for damage. 30 minutes later, the work was done, which included Mike inspecting and repairing my tire. This is not the first time Phil has gone beyond the normal level of service I would expect. Several months ago during another oil change, I asked if he could do anything about a small area of paint that had been rubbed off by my bike's handle bars being carried on a bicycle rack. Upon returning, I found that not only was the rub repaired but the inside of my vehicle had been cleaned as well. Grand Ledge Ford is quickly gaining a customer for life. More

Took my 2010 Flex SEL in to Grand Ledge Ford this morning for an oil change/tire rotation. Also told them I had an intermittent grunting noise in the front brakes. Shortly after I had settled in with a cup of coffee, the service writer came in and told me there was a TSB addressing the brake issue He said he had the parts in stock if I had the time to wait....I'm retired, so time is something I have plenty of. I was back on the road in a little more than an hour. This is the second time I have been to this dealer and they have exceeded my expectations both times. Keep up the good work Grand Ledge Ford! I have 3 Ford vehicles that each have more than 100,000 miles. I have been taking each to Grand Ledge Ford for about the past 6 years, and really trust the quality of their work. Even when I have taken a vehicle in for a particular problem and it was not completely resolved, I'm not worried because they will correct the issue without additional charge (as they did with an air-conditioning problem with my F150). All my vehicles (1999 Mercury Sable with 118,000 miles, 2001 Explorer with 123,000 miles, and a 1998 F150 with 168,000 miles) run excellent due to the routine maintenance that I have done at Grand Ledge Ford.
