I took the vehicle in for routine service and also had a concern about a chirping noise that was coming from the rear of the vehicle. Even though I did not have an appointment, I received prompt courteous service with a good explanation of options and cost. By the time I had finished there the vehicle was ready, the rear brake pads and plates had been replaced under warranty and the chirp was gone. Great service and friendly people. More
WEnt in for a Sync repair and it was completed very quickly and effectively. While vacationing in Michigan, the dash got hot to touch. When Mr. Wright registed vehicle in, he discovered recall notice. Jerry drove vehicle to diagnose dash problem, and Tony expidited replacing the axle. Mr. Wright made sure that the Ford Company took care of me, by making sure I did not make the long trip back to Tennessee without repairs being done as well as making sure I had a rental car for the short period of time it took for them to do all repairs. Julie handled all charges and got us on our way. We are very thankful for all the kind help and skillful staff that Grand Ledge Ford provided us when we needed them. More
