Above and beyond. Exceptional customer service. From the first call to get more information on the car I was interested in, I could tell this was going to be a different car buying experience than w From the first call to get more information on the car I was interested in, I could tell this was going to be a different car buying experience than what I was used to. I made the decision to come from WI to look and drive the car. I was met at the airport by Josh, who was eager to show me the features and let me drive the car back to the dealership. I LOVED it. Both Josh and Jim presented me with the purchasing paperwork which was easy to understand, not overwhelming at all. Josh assisted me in pairing my phone to the car, setting up keyless entry and a lot of other features I would have never known how to do on my own. I was on my way, over a 6 hour drive home by myself. Josh checked in with me a number of times on my 'hands free' phone, also new to me and an awesome feature of the car, to see that my drive was going well and if I had any questions about the car. I arrived home after an amazing and comfy drive home and received a call from Josh , making sure I arrived home safely. All I can say is WOW. This is absolutely THE BEST customer service I have ever experienced. I would 100% recommend Grand Ledge Ford Lincoln to everyone and anyone. Josh made me feel like a VIP! I feel like I can call at anytime if I have any questions. I am thrilled about my new car and my buying experience! More

He was also very accomadating of me having my son with me while looking at different vehicles and having to use our booster seat on test drives. We went in with another dealership’s offer on a used Fusion never expecting Grand Ledge Ford would be able to match their deal. Evan went out on a limb for us to get an even better deal on the Fusion we found on Ford’s lot. He was willing to drive to our house and wait for our daughter to test drive the car. He then followed me back home later so my wife could sign papers without going into the dealership! Evan is a super patient and friendly young man who was a pleasure to work with at GLF. More

Evan seemed very personable at this time. We decided we liked the sport model instead of the original one my husband had looked at, and we had them take a look at our 2014 loaded Impala as we planned on trading it in. When we started talking about the actual sale Evan's demeanor changed and he became very pushy, and got right in my face. He was very insulting when he went over what Jeff the mgr.offered us for our Impala. It is all in how you word things Evan, when you are insulting and treat a customer like they are and idiot that is what you appear to be! It's not like we are dealing with a couple thousand dollars. Buying or leasing a car is a big commitment. You said that you would go to to your manager Jeff Lengerick and ask him to go a little higher on what you offered for our Impala, but we had to make a commitment that we would buy it before you asked him. Otherwise Evan said he might say he would give us more and he might say he wasen't sure he would give us more if we weren't committed to buying it right then. It sounded like a threat to me! It was the first time I looked at the Explorer and at that point we walked out of the dealership. I would not buy a car from Evan if he gave us double what he offered us to begin with, More
