We met Craig Ervin, sales consultant, and instantly saw his passion for helping people and a caring attitude to help us find what we were looking for. He takes his time, answers questions, is very knowledgeable about the product and is genuinely excited about your purchase. On delivery he explained every button (and there is alot on that car) and set up a "tech" time to go through all that again in another week. This is the most fun experience we have had buying a car in years. The dealership is beautiful, everyone we met from from finance and management were very professional and they dealer traded for just the right vehicle to satisfy our needs, delivering it in 24 hrs! This was my first time getting a car through a dealership so the process was a little overwhelming but all of the employees that helped me throughout it made sure to make it as easy as possible. Jim made sure the monthly payments were within my budget, and helped me pick out a warranty that was affordable but kept me covered for anything that could possibly happen with my car in the future. I ended up with a 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid, which is spacious, gets good gas mileage, and can handle winter roads. It was exactly what I was looking for in my new car and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend going to Grand Ledge Ford. They definitely listen and take into account what your looking for in a car and find what you want from there.
