Time Well Spent Our previous new Ford was purchased in 2014 from Gd. Ledge Ford & Rob Beckwith. That experience was excellent and we expected no less from this "shopping" trip. We were not disappointed. We were there at month end and the dealership was very busy, but Rob took all the time necessary for us to make up our minds. They had 12-15 vehicles on lot of the model we were interested in. Many options and prices for us to consider. The vehicle we decided on was more money than we had anticipated, but the options on the vehicle accounted for the increase. The price given on our trade-in, to the best of my knowledge, was fair. A substantial Ford Motor rebate sweetened the deal, as did their 0% financing. Hard to turn down 0%. The financing process was painless. We were able to drive home our new vehicle that afternoon. I highly recommend talking with Gd. Ledge Ford, and especially Rob. More

I figured a week until the following Saturday as it is the only day I have available for servicing my F-150. Anyway, Krista Dayton, Kevin East and James Bennett were amazing. They were polite, courteous and teamed up to have me taken care of in 30 minutes at a decent price. In addition, I didn't realize that they were very competitive on the cost of an oil change. I can even make an appointment online for Saturday! No wonder they win service awards. I will definitely enjoy coming back to Grand Ledge Ford Lincoln! More
Another Awesome Experience My wife and I bought our first Explorer from Rob Beckwith, that was 2014. At that time we had an excellent experience with Rob. Unfortunately my wife My wife and I bought our first Explorer from Rob Beckwith, that was 2014. At that time we had an excellent experience with Rob. Unfortunately my wife had an accident with her 2014 Explorer, Dec. 28th, 2015. We had the Explorer towed to Grand Ledge Ford because we trusted the dealership due to our overall experience from buying our 2014 Explorer to having the Explorer serviced at Grand ledge Ford. We worked with the auto body shop, Joe, John and Stacey and they were again, outstanding. Unfortunately, we were informed the Explorer was totaled. We met with Rob Beckwith again, 1/28/16 and we are now waiting for our new 2016 Explorer. Thanks again Rob. My wife and I have been in the dealership a few times in the past couple of years, just to stop in and say hi to Rob, whether it be me looking for a used vehicle or my wife when she was getting the Explorer serviced. Almost forgot, the front desk as you walk in, the ladies (at least the times we were there) were also very nice, polite friendly. Then there is Marianne - her and my wife really hit it off talking about Cosmo and our dogs. I don't know how Barry didn't it but he has one outstanding group of professional/friendly people. More
