I am continually impressed by Brian Korpi's Service Management Team and their commitment to excellent, timely, customer directed service. I was going out of town and needed my car serviced prior to the trip. Although completely booked, thanks to Krista Anderson, I was able to get the car scheduled. As part of the routine inspection, a problem was encountered with a rear wheel which was fixed so I could make a safe journey to my appointed destination. While traveling, I encountered other mechanical problems which were promptly taken care of upon my return, again thanks to Krista.. This was my first experience working with this service manager. I found her to be competent, cordial, and very easy to work with. For those seeking service from GLFL, I would recommend her without reservation, just as I would Rob, Nate and Sky. These people are excellent at what they do and it's evident Brian Korpi provides the kind of leadership making this service department one of the best I've used. As mentioned in my April 28 review, I've been using GLFL as a "one stop" service for about 10 years and will continue to do so in the future - because of the excellent people and service. More

Ford purchase 2015 I was looking to purchase a smaller vehicle and decided to give GLF a try. He answered all my questions and suggested for me to test drive the vehicles I was interested in knowing all about. Grand Will Rupert was great assistance in finding a 2015 F 350 4 X 4 Super Duty diesel truck that was close to the features we wanted on the vehicle. Grand Ledge Ford and especially Will made the sale happen by adding the features most important to us; Will even added cash to close the deal. Previously this year Will also found the 2014 MKS we purchased from Grand Ledge Ford and Joel Conn made the modifications to Lincoln credit enabling us to purchase the Ford F 350 4 X 4 Super Duty truck the same year; payments we could budget for each month. Thanks to Joel and especailly Will at Grand Ledge Ford. More

Everyone I met there was very friendly and asked if I needed help or how I was doing without making me feel stalked like some other dealerships do. Very genuine and appreciative of my business. I feel well taken car of and have a sweet ride to prove it. Don't be afraid to ask for a better deal. I got not one, not two, but three offers to chose from. My only gripe was how long it took for all the paperwork to get done but then I showed up early and end of the month sales were kind of crazy. More
Best decision! I was looking for a low-mileage used Edge, but didn't find one on the GLF website. So, I went to another local dealer, where I was seriously consideri I was looking for a low-mileage used Edge, but didn't find one on the GLF website. So, I went to another local dealer, where I was seriously considering making a purchase of one of 2 possible vehicles. The carfax reports on both cars indicated that they had been in an accident. I thought it best to have them inspected before purchasing, so I called GLF to set up an appointment. Even though I was working with another dealer, the staff at GLF were extremely helpful. They told me to ask the other dealer for the "multi-point inspection" report. When I did, and they replied that they had "lost it," I knew I had made a BIG mistake! Needless to say, I worked with Ross Ford at GLF and we were able to find the exact vehicle I was looking for. Clean carfax report, no accidents, super low mileage - squeaky clean! Thanks to the staff, and especially to Ross, I avoided making a huge mistake! I am a very satisfied customer! More
