Outstanding and friendly team! My girlfriend and I stopped into Grand Ledge Ford specifically to browse new model Fusions. The selection was excellent and we were assisted within 5 minutes of stepping onto the lot. Rob Beckwith approached us and introduced himself. He proceeded to ask us what the nature of our visit was and I informed him I was interested in purchasing a new Ford Fusion. His knowledge of the brand and particular model was outstanding. I was contacted promptly by both phone and email when I made my initial inquiry and received all the information I requested. When I visited the dealership Rob Beckwith was excellent he answered all my questions and we were able to arrive at an agreed price quickly. The delivery was very efficient and Rob even came in on his day off to make the delivery on the day I requested. I would recommend this dealership and Rob to anyone looking for a new Ford. More

When I arrived Dorene had the 2 types of vehicles I was interested in waiting for me to test drive. This is my 2nd lease with them. I felt they laid out the red carpet for me. It was friendly, easy and fast. Love my new Ford Focus. Dorene made sure I understood everything about my Focus inside and out before I drive off the lot. Joel also made sure I understood the leasing papers as I signed the new lease. I would highly recommend Grand Ledge to everyone. I've also worked with the service department for oil changes, blinker lights burned out and washes. Again red carpet treatment. More

Great Experience! Earlier this week my car broke down, and my husband and I determined it was not worth fixing. I was pretty depressed because I hate being without my wheels, and I didn't want to look for a new car. When I entered the showroom, the folks behind the counter greeted me instantly and were super nice. I met with Mike Carr and Rob Beckwith, and we reviewed what my needs and wants were. The first car Rob showed me (a 2013 Escape) was exactly what I wanted and needed for my family car. He showed me a few others, but this was the car! It's like he could read my mind. The test drive and closing process were smooth and efficient. I can't believe that I dreaded the experience. It turned out to be a great day. Your staff, showroom, and facilities are second to none.
