I had a great experience at Grand Ledge Ford buying my used Fusion. I always go there for service because I like to get my car in and out and know that it's fixed right the first time. Their shuttle service is very helpful, so I don't have to spend all day in a waiting room. My old Taurus was getting up there in miles. When I took it in for brake service, Joe Farnsworth called me back promptly with a quote, but I decided I'd best put the money into a newer, fully functioning vehicle. I feel like I got a fair amount on my trade-in (thank you, Mike!) for what it was, and Natalie in Sales was very easy to work with. She and Laura were nice enough to hang around after hours on a Friday while we were number crunching. I would recommend Natalie communicate the car's features more for non-car savvy people like me. I didn't even realize the Fusion I went with had a camera to assist with backing up until I got it home. Not sure how I didn't end up putting it in reverse sometime during the test drive, but I didn't. Also, I thought it was unusual was that the car only had a half a tank in it when I picked it up. Generally, it's a gesture of goodwill to fill it up as a "happy travels" kind of message.
