When we had gone into this dealership our old car had just died and it was just after we poured a ton of money into it. We were able to look around at the cars without being harassed but if we had questi just died and it was just after we poured a ton of money into it. When my husband and I figured out what car we were interested in, we walked up to the dealership building and Jim Himebaugh came out to help us. Jim listened to what we wanted/ needed in a car and he helped us find the perfect car. After we have found a Ford Focus that we loved, Jim took us inside and he was still very friendly even to my brother who was asking a ton of questions about the car and our two year old who liked to yell a lot. Jim worked really hard to help make sure we got the best deal we could get with what money do have after spending a ton on the old car. There was never a moment we felt pressured to buy any car from Jim Himebaugh but at the same time he was willing to put the effort into making our trip to Grand Ledge Ford the best we have ever had at ANY dealership EVER.
