We were very pleasantly surprised with this dealership. They brought the truck to our house for the test drive and to see if it would fit on our garage. We never felt pressured on anything. We dealing with the loan person there was no pressure to get any of the extra stuff, like the extended warranty. Never pushed to put more money down. I was personally looking on the Internet at different dealerships for a small more fuel effiicient car, while doing so I ran across Grand Ledge Ford Lincolns web site. I came across this very nice looking Buick suv. so while looking at the web site Jill Boregeson asked if she could help me with any questions I had. Jill was very helpful on the web site. I told her My wife and I were going to their place shortly to look at their Buick they had taken in on another veichle. We were a little apprehensive but, as soon as we arrived we were greeted by the receptionist Tiffany who made us feel a little more at ease. About 10 seconds later she introduced us to Charlie Jeffrey one of the General managers who introduced himself and introduced us to Ben Croze oure salesman who answered all our of questions very professionally, was never pushy or made us feel awkward.
