Great Experience My Husband and I had been to 3 dealerships prior to stopping into Grand Ledge Ford. We actually pulled in to turn around during test driving a Buick My Husband and I had been to 3 dealerships prior to stopping into Grand Ledge Ford. We actually pulled in to turn around during test driving a Buick and realized they were open later so after being rushed out of the Buick dealership because they wanted to close. ( Turning the lights off on us etc...) We went back to Grand Ledge Ford and Josh Preston was excellent. He wasn't pushy but listened to our needs and wants and found the perfect car for us. We purchased the car that night and this is the first time we have ever had a salesman spend so much time explaining the car after the sale. We will recommend this dealership and will be repeat customers. More

Rob took the time to hear our specific needs, was there when we had questions, and faded to the background when we needed to discuss ourselves. Completely pressure-free situation is the best description. We ultimately leased a brand new Lincoln Navigator, and Rob personally inspected the cleaning and detailing, and had the crew spend extra time on making sure the vehicle was pefectly clean and shiny. I began looking for vehicles, wanting to get into a pick-up again and as i was "searching the web" Julie contacted me as I was looking at things on the GL Ford site. I set up an appointment to come in and test drive which actually took me quite a while to do, but her patience and understanding were very much appreciated and for that I thank her. When I did finally did come in I was introduced to Doug who was not only helpful, knowledgeable and understanding of my needs for a safe and dependable vehicle, but made which would have otherwise been a very stressful task enjoyable and down right fun! I can't thank Doug enough and have already recommended several people to "go see Doug" as he really made buying a vehicle a positive experience. I will come and see Doug when I need another vehicle for sure! In closing, Jim was easy to work with, explained everything in detail and made sure I was comfortable with all the paperwork and items necessary to complete my purchase.
