I have worked with Jim Cruz in the Service Department for the last 6 years, he has always been my go-to-guy with my Mazda Protege. He is always very freindly both in person and on the phone. I thought Tim did a wonderful job explaining and selling my new vehicles (actually bought two vehicles that day). I felt a sense of trust not normally found with car dealers. Only negative; free oil changes are really not free, service ends up charging customers for other services that seems overly expensive, although the service guys are very friendly and helpful, even took me home during an evening service job so I could take care of my dog. More

When I went into Morries I was looking for an economical car. I met up with Andre and talked about a few of their options. I didn't find quite what I was looking for. Andre did find me a perfect car. I went to the other dealership and was not happy with their sales team. I went back to Andre and it turned out that he was able to get me that car from the other dealership at the same price. I was amazed, I knew at that point he wasn't just trying to make a buck from me, not sure if they even made a profit on that one. My financial situation was a mess, I owed 8 thousand dollars more than my escape was worth. Morrie's Mazda and Andre were very understanding and took the time to get me a decent interest rate. Unlike 99% of car salesmen I've dealt with, Andre was very knowledgeable about all of the new and used cars that Morries s assisted by Andre Prasad. Unlike 99% of car salesmen I've dealt with, Andre was very knowledgeable about all of the new and used cars that Morries sold. For the cars I was interested in, the prices were good, and some were better than equivalent used cars on Craigslist. Morries has structured the sales so that they find the right car for you rather than having different people deal with new and used cars. The commission is based off of the number of sales rather than the price of the car. Ultimately, I did not buy a car from Morries and Andre because they did not have a used RX-8 in a color I liked, but I would definitely shop with them again. More
