I had owned 4 Mazda's before looking at a new lease. I looked at 4 other manufacturers before I looked into the offerings Mazda had. Jesse was very easy to work with and made sure to go over all of the options and features of the car with me. It was clean and ready to go when I went to pick it up and the financing office of Morrie's was knowledgeable and quick to close on the lease. When my lease is up I will certainly check out the new Mazda's! More
i was in the area of morries mazda and my car started to act up so i stopped at the dealership and talked to mr. cruz. i expained my cars situation with jim and he said they could look at the car right away act up so i stopped at the dealership and talked to mr. cruz. i expained my cars situation with jim and he said they could look at the car right away.i was shocked that he got my car inright away even without an appt. a little later he came and explaind the cars problem to me with the cost of the repair.in my opinion mr. cuz is the best service advisor/manager in the business he takes his time to explains what is needed to repair the car and the cost.(its like he was the tech working on my car he cuold answer all my questions)i will highly reccomend mr.cruz to all my friends. thanks for a job well done. Jesse was very friendly. made my experience with Morris a hassle free and enjoyable visit. I dont like alot of the BS that other car sales men use. I have had my CX-9 for about 1 year now and have been completely satisfied with Morrie's as a dealership, and in particular, my salesperson Jesse Howard. My only disappointment with the CX-9 is the completely satisfied with Morrie's as a dealership, and in particular, my salesperson Jesse Howard. My only disappointment with the CX-9 is the factory tires. They were terrible in the snow, even when new, and I have since replaced them (at 20,000 miles). That is a big expense on a new, expensive vehicle. This has nothing to do with the dealership. More
