This dealership finance office performs FRAUD and FORGERY. After I first indorsed a loan on 09/23/2024, the business manager Paul Seager created a new loan on September 27 forging my name in several FORGERY. The dealership realized the mistake so they contacted me on 09/30/2024 to sign a new loan. i showed up 10/01/2024 and signed new paperwork and received my copy. This second authorize loan never was sent to ally bank for funding because Ally funded the forgery. The dealership kept this new loan at the dealership hoping I would not investigate. This was with intent to deceive me. Lonnie the GM was less than rude about this happening despite me showing him the proof from Ally. Ryan Smith the president also brushed it under the rug. My letter to the president to seek remedy for this, resulted in the legal emailing back stating they disagree with my claim. Funny how the State AG has proven the fraud on my behalf. I filed a complaint with Attorney General office, and they concluded without a doubt they found the fraud and forgery. The AG is issuing them a fraud charge. I also spoke with Ford corporate regarding this fraud and they are escalating this. I have filed a complaint with CFPB against Ally for this fraud, I have also filed a complaint with FBI as well as the FTC to pursue RICO charges and along with wire fraud and such. More
