I would give them 0 stars if I could. We purchased a car from them in 2017. We tried to trade it in and found out it has structural damage that was NEVER disclosed to us. Now the car is worthless. That how More

Suzanne R responded

If you look for this review on Google, you will see that the owner has replied to it there. The reply, however, is full of lies, blaming and misrepresentation. Following are some clarifications and indisputable facts just in case you think there is any merit to the Courtesy Ford response: 1. We agreed upon a price for this car, and that’s what we paid them. 2. This was the first time (and will be the last) we’ve ever bought a car from them. 3. We bought a new plate for the car with very little drama involved, after questioning whether it was necessary. (No recollection of an argument with the State of Michigan.) 4. Nobody other than our son-in-law applied for a loan. The interest rates he was offered by the dealer and from the credit union, directly, were totally different and they were both based on the same, high credit score—HIS. Nobody else’s credit rating was ever even pulled. 5. The vehicle was filled with gas, as they always are. 6. They initially thought the spare tire was missing, but it was just hidden way up underneath the car. It was there all along and not given to us “free of charge.” 7. Why would they accept a check from us that was “short”? If they did, it was their error and their fault. Our SIL brought a blank check and filled it out in front of them for the amount they specified. It makes it sound like we came with a smaller check and said, “Take it or leave it.” Hilarious. They would have shown us the door.
