Dalton was incredibly helpful and professional. I have had a check engine light that indicates a cold start issue for well over a year. Normally we go to Morrie’s in Sparta and they have not been able to identify anything or have offered no ideas on what is causing it. Because of scheduling I took my car to the West Salem location for an oil change. When I told Dalton the check engine light would be on and what I knew about it, he showed concern and demonstrated an understanding of possible causes. He then offered to put me on a list for a loaner and have their master tech get to the bottom of the problem. He followed up with a phone call later in the day to let me know he tracked down our extended warranty information from the Fox Lake Morrie’s where we purchased the car and confirmed I was on the loaner car list. Top notch service! I will be taking my car exclusively to the West Salem location only going forward. More
