Nick Gschwind and Cris Pultzer made everything so easy. We emailed back and forth for a few days since I was driving up from Nashville to get the car. Service done was good. I need to come back next week for a ā supervisor tech assessment ā for extended warranty claims. They donāt take the time to listen. When I called about a transmission 60k service, they quoted me for a flush. Then he says itās already hooked up to flush and itās way more to do the filter/fluid change he went and spoke with the tech and he says thatās how he does his own. I donāt give a xxxx how they take care of their vehicle. I just gave in because of the sticker shock change of price for an hour job. I was quoted half the price at 2 different shops. I stopped using the west salem service a long time ago because of the service advisor always trying to pencil whip the vehicles through. Done with morries for good! More
I had an okay experience with Morrieās. The staff were good people who answered all my questions. The only downside was their punctuality. When I first put my deposit down, I asked them to touch up scratches and paint, and they agreed to do so. I scheduled to come in at 5:30 on Monday (three days later) to purchase the vehicle. When I arrived, there were still scratches on the car, and they asked me to leave and come back in an hour because they were too busy. This would have been okay if they had given me prior notice, but they did not mention anything until I walked into the dealership. Outside of this, my only other concern was that after purchasing the vehicle, they only gave me half a tank of gas to leave with. This was strange compared to other dealership experiences I have had. Aside from these issues, I feel Morrieās is a good place to buy a vehicle. They made the experience very easy. Thank you! More
