Terrible experience. Wanted to buy a truck and was waiting for inspection. FOllowed up everyday when finally I just offerred a price. Next day they countered me and I went to clear with my wife to accept--within in one hour. I called to buy and they sold it to someone else. Just a terrible experience and terrible way to do business. Was so angry since I had been talking to them for days about buying this truck and was waiting on them, We are in negotiations and they sell to someone else! xx. You could be trying to buy something from these people and if you go to the bathroom, they will sell your vehicle to someone else. Excuses that I didnt text back right away and accept. Just tell me that is what I need to do and I would have done it. Terrible---will never work with them More

My family and I had the pleasure of working with a very nice young lady by the name of Cecily. I came in to look at Ford transit cargo vans that would be suitable for my vending business. I ended up with a 2023 Ford transit 250 which I took delivery on today. When I went to test drive it a check engine light came on which both the mechanic at your facility and the mechanic that I took it to for a free purchase inspection attributed to having sat without being driven for a long period of time. When I called back to speak to Cecily and discuss some logistical details on Monday, she informed me that the check engine light came back on and she took it to the Ford dealer who determined that the reason for the check engine light coming on, was due to the fact that a mouse had chewed the wiring harness. As I understand that the wiring harness was not covered under the factory warranty, but your facility went ahead and covered the cost of replacing the whole wiring harness. On the drive home no check engine lights came on. Here’s hoping I can make it to 200,000 miles in this thing. More
