We went to Terri Morris Ford looking for a car to replace our 2000 Subaru with 200,000 miles on it. We were introduced to Nick who was extremely cordial and professional. He asked good questions about our needs in a car, our price range, and our use. After analyzing our needs(price, fuel economy and comfort on long trips), Nick first showed us the new Escape and took us for a test drive in one. We felt that the Escape was a bit too small and reminded us of the Subaru in the feel and road noise of the ride. Because we drive long distance to Florida at least twice a year Nick then suggested we take a ride in the Edge. The ride was smoother, quieter and we liked the extra room. While the Edge seemed out of our price range Nick suggested we consider leasing. On the very first try he came back to us with a lease price within our our price range on an Edge that was in the showroom. While the car had more options than we would have wanted he was in the ballpark with price on a lease. We needed time to think and suggested that we might go home, think it over and come back the next day. Nick offered to let us spend some "private" time in his office discussing it. During that time Nick talked to his boss and came back to suggest that we take the car for the rest of the day, go for a drive, have dinner, and bring it back before they closed that evening. We took him up on the offer. They drove the car out of the showroom and we took it for a drive. We came back, bought the car, and asked if they could have it ready for us the following morning by 10:30 because we were planning a trip to VT to meet friends the next day. They said they would do their best to accommodate us and they did. We recommend this dealership because their staff was professional, personable, cooperative, honest, concerned with our needs, and extremely accommodating. We told them what we needed and could afford and they came back and got us more. We appreciated the cooperative atmosphere in the showroom and the way staff worked together and helped each other out. When we showed up to pick up our car, it was refreshing to see other sales staff who were not involved in the sale offering to help out. Today we drove the car to VT and back and are totally thrilled with it. It's more car than we wanted or thought we could afford but it's perfect and it's exciting to own such a beautiful car. Can't wait to drive it to Florida in January. We would definitely do business with Morris Ford again and highly recommend them to friends. More

Customer satisfaction is very important at Morris Ford too, so after your vehicle purchase you can count on their service department for quality repairs at reasonable prices. How many times have you purchased a vehicle and the service department stinks? Not at Morris Ford! You're just as important as the day you purchased that vehicle because they want repeat business. Trust me, you will come back and buy another vehicle. So don't waste your time running around to different dealerships because you can find everything you need there. We traded in our vehicle (a 2008 F-150 4-door Crew Cab) for a 2010 Ford Edge Limited. We received a respectable trade price for our vehicle and my wife and I LOVE our 2010 Edge. We are extremely happy with our purchase, and definitely will go back to Morris Ford again. More

I dealt with Mark who was hard to talk to and did not want budge on any negotiations I tried to place based on his first offer. He was kinda rude and harsh.
