Excellent car buying experience! I just purchased my 2017 Ford Escape Titanium and love it! I had two vehicles I was interested in driving. Jeffrey Bowlin had the vehicles ready for me to drive as soon as I Ford Escape Titanium and love it! I had two vehicles I was interested in driving. Q Harris was amazing! Really nice and very efficient. We love Zeck Ford, and this is now our second truck from them. They have the inventory, pricing is competitive, their Service department is wonderful and best of all the staff is always pleasant and up to date with their inventory. We chose 2 to test drive. We email’d them, got an appointment and met our salesman Peyton M. He was on time, had the vehicles ready, well versed in the different aspects of each vehicle. Sales Person Fantastic Finance Person Horrible We purchased from Zeck ford because they are a no hassle dealer and they have great prices. But the last two times we have purchased from them, the f We purchased from Zeck ford because they are a no hassle dealer and they have great prices. But the last two times we have purchased from them, the finance person was horrible. Recently I helped a good friend go and purchase a car from Zeck Ford. The finance person tried to force my friend to buy the extended warranty and GAP insurance. After telling him NO several times, we had to get made and threaten to walk out before he would finish his paperwork. When my wife and I went in to purchase our new truck, we told the sales person that we would not be purchasing any extended warranty or GAP insurance and to tell the finance person not to ask us more than once. The sales part went fantastic and we were very happy. He insured us that the finance person would only ask about the extended warranty and GAP once. Then we went into the finance office, he explained the extended warranty, GAP, Glass Breakage, Tire Warranty, etc. We told him know and he proceeded to ask me why, we kelp telling him no. We told him it wasn't any of his business why and that we did not want it. The finance person started asking if it was because we couldn't afford it, then told me that he would bet me $500.00 in writing that I would spend more than $2000.00 in maintenance work. I still said no and started to get made. The finance person quietly started to write down some number, when I asked him what he was doing, he said he was doing his job. That was when I really got mad and stormed out of his office. The sales person caught me and told me that he would take care of it He went in to talk with the Finance Manager and when I started to say something, the Finance Manager told me he wasn't talking to me. So now I am really mad, the sales person went in and told the finance person to get my paperwork completed. When we went back into the finance persons office, he didn't say a word and gave us the paperwork to sign. The next day we went back to talk with the General Sales Manager and our sales person. Both of them was very apologetic. I have to believe that the two times we went in, we had the same issue. I believe that the Finance department must make good money from extended warranty's and the GAP insurance. Buyers beware, do not allow the finance personnel to push anything that you are not wanting. It's sad since we have always talked highly of Zeck Ford. More

Another happy customer for the 4th time of buying from Zeck Worked with Payton on the purchase of our new to us Explorer. Very knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond.
