Amazingly low pressure, but still with a desire to help! Rick was great to work with. Never felt pressured, but he was still informative and caring. It was average. It was an average experience. They didn’t tell me they only had one key to the truck until I came to pick the truck up and all the paper was signed. I It was an average experience. They didn’t tell me they only had one key to the truck until I came to pick the truck up and all the paper was signed. I felt they should have offered me another key at their expense. Then I was given my title work and all it had was a POBox and a name of the finance company. When I called to ask about it I was given a voicemail and still have not heard back from anyone. More
