Easy Buying Experience! We made an appointment to look at the car we were interested in. Everyone was organized and expected us. Mellissia is funny and warm - and a hard worker who knows her stuff! Everyone at the dealership was wonderful, they are organized (I like that!) and have thought through their no haggle process. Great Service Department!! Fast, Friendly and Professional My 2016 had an issue on the way home and the check engine light came on. I work in Leavenworth but live in Belton (a 45 mile drive). I made it to th My 2016 had an issue on the way home and the check engine light came on. I work in Leavenworth but live in Belton (a 45 mile drive). I made it to the dealership at approx. 5pm with no appointment and although they were busy giving other customers back their vehicles, someone quickly asked my what my car was doing and had a computer hooked up in less than 5 minutes. They quickly narrowed the problem down to the electronic throttle body and had me wait in the lounge while they checked on part availability. It only took about 5 more minutes and they called me back up and let me know that the part would take a day or two but had my loaner car backed up to the entrance and cooling off already. A quick exchange of information and I was on my way home in about 15 minutes total from the time I walked into the department for help. GREAT SERVICE. Many helped but I mainly dealt with Mike and Zeck has a life long customer. More
