So I automatically am in defen We were just starting our car shopping and I (Chelsea) have horrible anxiety when buying a car. I HATE IT to be honest. So I automatically am in defense mode when I get to any car dealership. We were introduced to Landon Neighbors to be our salesman. We told him we just started to do our car shopping and I only wanted to test drive the ones on my list. He sat us down and told us about each vehicle and all of its history. He was extremely honest about the cars what their histories were and made sure we understood where they came from and if they had any previous issues in the past. He was so very kind and listened to all my concerns as well as my husbands. When we test drove the vehicles he pointed out all the hidden extras to make sure we new about them. Landon made sure we new about the safety of each one knowing that it would be the primary car our kids would be in. He was very patient through all our thousands of questions. It was honestly the best and easiest car purchase we have ever been through. When we decided we did not want to look any farther and we had found our vehicle it was time for the finance side of it and it was just as easy as the sales part. It was so fast and easy and was not a long drawn out process. It did not feel like you were signing your life away. It was a very comfortable experience. More

As Forrest Gump once said, “S*** Happens.” We were stunned when our brand new 2017 Ford Escape with 2400 miles suddenly went to the limp mode. Everybody from our great salesman, Mr. Rick Mears, to my service manager, Mr. Danny Scanlon. Mr Scanlon set up an appointment and provided a loaner car at no cost immediately. What impressed me was that the Zeck Ford Dealership was empowered to make prudent, timely decision to support the customer. Mr. Jace Grabouski realized that although Ford would figure out the problem, it would not be within a reasonable time. He called Mrs. Kidder and said, “Come pick out your new car.” The Zeck Motor Company FORD TEAM stepped up to the plate and hit a GRAND SLAM! Well done. Zeck Ford/Tyler Hatcher- We are your BIGGEST FAN! I have purchased many used and new cars in my lifetime. This was our first time at Zeck Ford. My 16 year old son did all the research and was certain I have purchased many used and new cars in my lifetime. This was our first time at Zeck Ford. My 16 year old son did all the research and was certain he found the car for him. In addition to Zeck, I insisted that we visit 3 other Ford dealers in search of his mustang. I totally wasted my time at the other 3 dealerships and wish we would have gone straight to Zeck. I can honestly tell you that we will NEVER go through another dealership other then Zeck and we will always use Tyler Hatcher as our salesman. I don't even know where to begin other then it was such a great experience from start to finish! I dreaded car shopping until now. We did not want to leave! You walk into Zeck and your u can totally tell that everyone LOVES their job. I love the casual atmosphere! It was so laid back and no pressure sales. My son had been visiting over the phone with Tyler and he was waiting for us at our appointment time. Tyler is the BEST! Beyond the best! I so much appreciated the professional way he treated my son even before I was in the picture. He treated him with respect and honesty. So you begin your visit meeting the best sales associate ever and then you begin the buying experience. This is usually the part I hate, but not even once did I cringe. Tyler laid everything out on the table in the beginning. No hidden fees, every single bit of info they had on the history of the car we were buying. We were also trading in a Honda and again...they gave us a far better price then any of the other 3 dealerships were willing to give. Our Honda was in excellent shape and they didn't make us feel like we were trading in something less then we were. I was so frustrated at the other dealerships because they low balled us and wanted the Honda for nothing. Zeck came in $3,000 higher on our trade and that price didn't have anything to do with the purchase of the mustang. We were given the best price for our trade and the least expensive price for our purchase. A win win! They also have the BEST SELECTION of vehicles! They are obviously very particular with the cars the keep on the lot. Top notch, high class dealership! Tyler was super interested in making us happy! He really was. He spent so much time with us and stayed way after hours helping us because he knew how badly my son wanted to take the car home that night. The mustang was priced right.... at the get go. We didn't have to haggle (another thing I don't like doing but always find myself doing it). Not necessary here! Love that they are not on commission! We had looked for countless hours on line, Craigs list, and 3 other dealerships and believe me..we knew what was fair pricing and what was marked way up. This car was in PERFECT condition! It was pristine and by far the best price in town and also the nicest one in town! It was totally detailed and looked brand new. Best price, best service by a land slide and the best vehicle! NO BRAINER! I honestly could have sent my son by himself and he would have been treated the same, respectful, HONEST way. I gave Tyler the biggest hug when we left because I felt like I had known him forever. He totally took care of us! He is amazing at what he does! The GM, Jason came over several times ( not to negotiate, but to visit with us!) awesome GM! The finance guy also stayed late for us! He was fantastic and super personality. He talked to both my son and I and explained the whole process. He visited about my family and answered all of my questions. My son learned a lot! The sweet girl who gave us our keys and did a little check list at the very end was so sweet and beautiful. I tried to set her up with my older son. lol adorable!, So in a nut shell! WOW! Why would you go anywhere else? We will never step foot in another dealership ever again. Zeck is the place, the only place! Tyler Hatcher is the guy, the only guy! A big shout out to all of them for the best experience ever! We love our mustang even more because it reminds us of the very cool experience that came along with our very perfect mustang! A great way to spend a very hot afternoon at Zeck Ford. It was a Tuesday afternoon, the temperature was 93 decrees and rising. I had to replace my car and today was the only day we had available for car sho It was a Tuesday afternoon, the temperature was 93 decrees and rising. I had to replace my car and today was the only day we had available for car shopping. My son wanted to take me to Zeck Ford to meet with Rick Meers. We met with Rick and looked thru many cars to find the right car for me. I found one still in warranty and it seed like a good fit but Rick continued to look and found one still in warranty but the rear screen was full size and easier to use when backing up and my favorite color. Wow!! I only left the air conditioning to look at the car and then to drive the one Rick had helped me select. It was a great way to spend a very hot afternoon. I felt very confident with my selection because I knew Rick was an honest man who not only wanted to sell me the right car for me. I drove my car home and I love my car and I feel safe and confident driving my 2015 Ford Fushion. Thanks Rick!! More
