Exceptional Experience! Being Zeck Ford was in a different state than I was; I was naturally concerned with the visual appearance and condition of the 2016 Ford Mustang conve Being Zeck Ford was in a different state than I was; I was naturally concerned with the visual appearance and condition of the 2016 Ford Mustang convertible I was looking at on line. Pictures do not always show the true condition of a car. I have oftentimes driven a couple of hours at a time...one-way to look a vehicle that other dealers told me over the phone were "clean"...only to get there and be disappointed. This trip to Zeck Ford was a different experience...Not only would I have to fly to get there; but I needed to get to the dealership (approximately 30 minutes from the Kansas City Airport. My salesman...Austen was extremely involved and listened to my concerns about the car being in prestine condition. He took several additional photos; video and sent me all the paperwork that supported the condition of the car and it's history. We worked out the price of the car over the phone and email before I decided to take the trip to KC. The dealer was there at the airport with a courtesy driver and drove me to Zeck Ford. I was at the dealership and surprised to see how friendly and laid back everyone was...I was immediately put at ease and felt like Family. Now; I just had to see the car. Even though I was comfortable with Austen from my prior phone and electronic conversations...there was still that unsure feeling about how the car would look in person. It was not until I first saw the car that my anxiety was put at ease. When I first saw the car; it was all and more I hoped it would be. Even though I had to work out a deal over the phone and fly to another state; I have to say this was perhaps the best car buying experinace I have ever had. Dealership is exactly what I like walking into: Clean, but not fancy, so I know I'm not paying for marble floors and fancy showrooms when all I want is a car. Tyler helped us and was very professional and low pressure. All of their prices are up front. Checked a couple sites online while I was there to confirm it was a good deal, and it was. There was some minor damage to the vehicle and they fixed it and gave us a loaner in the meantime, even had someone drop off our car when it was done. Finance guy was a little pushy with his products, but I suppose it's his job. Tyler was great though and kept in touch the following couple weeks to schedule the body work and title acquisition. Would definitely recomend him and the dealership to a friend. More
