There was another representative that gave us an in depth and insightful tour of all the functionality of our new vehicle. It took about an hour but he would have stayed with us for as long (or as short) as we wanted. He was very informative. Also, the girl at the front desk was really nice and hospitable and got us a table and a representative (Fran) quickly when we first walked in while they were very busy. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend this dealership to others in the KC area. More
Tire appointment I called at about 9AM and made a 4:00 appointment to have 2 tires installed. I arrived a little early (10 minutes or so) and checked in. I waited until 4:20 before the car was ever moved from the front lot. At 4:50, I was told that it would be at least another 30 minutes before it would be finished because "we only have one machine, and they are jumping back-and-forth between vehicles". I explained to him that I made an appointment for this work to be done. His explanation was that "Well, we do walk-ins, too!" and he walked away. Finally at about 5:15, my car was ready. Your dealership has lost my business, partly because of this incident, and partly because you severely over-charge for tires. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Cliff Packard More

Tyler promptly had my trade in evaluated an we test drove the truck I was looking at. Once we returned Tyler showed me the numbers an I was ready to walk out. What a insult on my trade in value. Then Brendan shows up an after about 2 more hrs of telling him where I had to be. We Finally got there. Over all I was there from 0830-1800 and once the deal was final I drove off the lot an my new truck starting mis-firing immediately. Turned around an now my new used truck is in there shop awaiting repair. They could not have know the truck wouldnt make it home they have given me a loaner until repairs are complete. Overall they have made the best of a bad situation an time will tell if they are sincere in their commitment to quality. I have purchased cars else wear an it was a way easier and shorter experiance. Will update when I actually get my truck. More

WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD ANYWHERE Had a strange whistling noise from my F-350 when it first starts. Called to see if I could get it looked at and managed to get an appointment 5 days later. I dropped the truck off at 7:40am and went to work. I called at 11:30 and the truck had not been looked at yet. My ride was leaving work, so I went back to the dealership at NOON. Truck still not looked at. I sat there until 2:30pm (7 Hours after it was dropped off. Still not looked at. I took the truck and left. NO apology, NO explanation and they had the xxxxx to ask if I wanted to reschedule. NEVER use this place. I Won't More

This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Zeck Ford with Jeff Bowlin as my salesman. Jeff is not pushy or aggressive. He allowed me to take time to talk to my son on the phone about the purchase. He allowed me to test drive the Subaru Outback on the roads that I travel daily. Shawn was top notch from the get go. He answered all of my questions and kept me updated on the progress of the vehicle from the time they bought it at auction to the time I took possession. He will tell you every detail he knows about the vehicle. He won't pressure you. I looked around for months all around KC (and even in Nebraska). No deals came close to the one I got at Zeck...and I didn't even have to work a deal! Next time, I will start here and end here without all of that nonsense. Well done, Shawn. I was turned over to Mark Atkinson, who was wonderful. A fellow Marine, Mark was attentive and very helpful. We took a test drive and my husband noticed that there appeared to be an issue with rear defrost light and the locking light. Mark promptly handled the issue, getting it into the service department. Fixing the issue required ordering parts, so Mark arranged for a rental car. The finance department handled the paperwork quickly and efficiently. I could not have been happier with the experience.
