We traveled about 130 miles after seeing their inventory of Ford Explorers on Auto-trader. We had a few dealerships lined up but stopped at Zeck first due to the number of choices they carried. Our sales associate was Rick Mears who was extremely helpful and accomadating. I've never dealt with a dealership that treated its customers that well. You'd think it'd be a given since other dealers would want you to buy from them but, Zeck blew away the competition. I would definitely make the trip again when the time comes for another vehicle. More

My sales specialist was kind, knowledgeable and gave great advice. I was short on time and had to come back the second day which I normally do anyway. They got me in and out within an hour and a half total time. I did feel a little pressured on the warranty side of things but this is very typical at dealerships I understand. I did like the no haggle approach to things. I felt like I was getting a very fair deal. This place was recommended to me by a friend. I would probably recommend it to some of my friends. More

I think I got a great deal and a beautiful car and I'm very happy. I live in the Kansas City area and although it's not far far away, it's a little bit of a drive to Leavenworth...and well worth it. Best prices. Good staff. The dealership has the best prices in the region. The buying experience was good. The salesperson, Hunter, was awesome. If you're going to buy a car here, go straight to him. Staff. The sales managers and the finance are good but could improve their communication with their salespersons and the customer so the customer doesn't have to repeat the same information over and over. Synchronize and share information amongst the separate departments. This will let the customer know you really are a team working hard. Communication. There was also a delay in answering messages but this is understandable; this dealer sells a lot of cars so there are a lot of customers and it is challenging to keep up with all the messages, inquiries, and requests. Communicate with the customer about the waiting times. One of the worst things you can do is to keep the customer waiting without letting him/her know what the reason is. Sales pitches. The sales pitch of the extended Warranty is dangerous. It implies that the customer is buying a cheap product that will break soon and it will be very expensive to maintain. It was not tasteful. There has to be a better approach. Overall, I had a good experience. More
